Shortly after your appointment is confirmed, you will receive an email from OOMPH providing a health evaluation form that needs to be completed by you well in advance of your session. (If you believe you've not received this, please check your junk/spam emails.)
This email will also contain car-parking instructions for OOMPH's 2x onsite carparks .
While Lisa prefers to see you in person, she is happy to accomodate you via ZOOM, SKYPE, or phone. If you require a virtual appointment, please request this in the comment section.
